A cozy, heart-opening Joyset designed to help you drop in, open up, and move with love - for yourself, for others, for life. We’ll start with a heart opening circle and cacao ritual to land together and gently open the heart. Then we’ll put on the headsets, turn up the music, and let the love move through us. Come as you are, all are welcome.
