Let's gather and come out of hibernation TOGETHER. In this special seasonal edition of The Joyset we'll explore the themes of Spring Equinox - balance + equilibrium, transition, rebirth + renewal - through a guided multi-genre music and movement experience. Come as you are, all are welcome.

Everyone is tuned into the same channel, moving to an intentionally curated playlist designed to guide the energy of the room. The experience is facilitated from opening moments that ground and welcome, to movement prompts that invite expression and connection, to a closing that helps integrate what you felt.

We move to feel alive. To shake out what’s stuck, celebrate what’s real, and remember who we are. Whether it’s a sweaty dance floor moment, a full-body release, or a slow groove, we move to come home to ourselves. Back to that inner kid in all of us who just wants to come out and play.
Joy is contagious and we’re here to spread it. The Joyset is a collective: a place to be seen, supported, and celebrated. We move together, laugh together, and lift each other higher. This is where individual transformation becomes communal magic.
Everyone’s invited to the party. Every body, every background, every expression belongs here. We create spaces where authenticity is honored, silliness is encouraged, and you’re welcomed exactly as you are. Because joy expands when everyone feels at home.

meet the founder
Hi, i’m Leigh!
I’m the human behind The Joyset (yes, my name isn’t Joy Set, though that would be iconic).
I started The Joyset after realizing I missed feeling fully alive in my body. I missed music blasting. I missed ridiculous dancing. I missed that carefree, unfiltered joy that used to feel so natural when I was a kid.
So I built the thing I needed.
The Joyset is part dance party, part nervous system reset, part collective joy experiment. With silent disco headphones and a little playful guidance, we turn any room into a space we can show up in a full humanity - silly, scared, joyful, sad - and everything in between.
My job is to create the container. Your job is to come as you are. And we’ll take it from there together.
